We collect full name, profile photo, email and date of birth.

Information about payments

We do not currently collect any payment information.

We collect information about the operating system, hardware type and device settings, including IP address and network provider.

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide and support our services.

Information, provided by the User

We maintain a record of user activities related to the activation and/or access and/or use of Service(s) or Application(s) by a User.

We maintain a record of uploaded content (including photos and videos) whether published or not published and whether public or private.

Performance information of the User

We record user activities related to the use of the Application(s) by a User.

HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?

Provide services

We use information to verify your eligibility to use our applications (i.e. age restrictions); and to enable you to register, access and use our Service(s) and/or Application(s); and to enable you to manage your Account; and, to enable you to upload, maintain, and manage content (including photos and videos) uploaded to the respective Application(s).

Communicate with you

We use your information to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about Service(s) and/or Application(s) you have engaged and/or are using, respectively, or other related and/or ancillary and/or supportive services and/or products offered by Safebridge, and to inform you regarding updates to our agreements, policies and terms.

Improve our services

We analyse the information we have of you, i.e. with the population of anonymised reports, to evaluate and improve our Service(s) and/or Application(s); to develop new services, products or features; and, to conduct troubleshooting activities.

HOW IS THIS INFORMATION SHARED?

Information about the User

Publicly available information and data published or otherwise shared by the User, including, however not limited to, profile details, photos and videos, are visible to any other user of the respective Application(s).

Private information and data published or otherwise shared by the User, including, however not limited to, profile details, photos and videos, are only visible to the User; however, User may, at its own discretion, give viewing rights to any number of other users selected by the User.

Information about the customer

Private information about the Corporate User and its Corporate Admins is accessible to the other Corporate Admins of the Corporate User.

Sharing within Theia Ltd affiliated companies or EU-based external service providers

Certain information and data we have about you may be shared within the network of affiliated companies of Theia Ltd to ensure the efficient and effective provision of the Services and/or Applications.

Sharing with third parties

Anonymised information may be shared with third parties for the purpose of scientific research, development or improvement of Services and/or Applications.

Sharing information outside of EU 

We may transfer, store, use and process your information, including any personal information, to countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), for the purposes as described here and/or as required for the provision of the Services and/or Applications.

REVIEW AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION

As a User, you may request in writing copies of your personal information held by us.

We will provide you with a copy of the personal information held by us as soon as practicable. We may request proof of identification to verify your access request. If your personal information that we hold is inaccurate, let us know and we will update the relevant information. You may also request the erasure of your personal information in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation.
